Synthelio is the operating system for software houses: one platform for people, client engagements, and the margin underneath both. We are pre-launch, building in the open with a founding cohort of real software houses. As our marketing lead, you will own how software houses discover us and why they trust us.
What you will do
- Own demand generation: content, SEO, email, and social that reaches software-house founders and delivery leads.
- Build and run the founding-cohort funnel, from first touch to booked call.
- Turn our positioning (margin visibility for software houses) into content that ranks and converts.
- Measure what works and double down. You will own the numbers.
What we are looking for
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally early-stage.
- Hands-on across content, SEO, and lifecycle email, not just strategy.
- You write well and understand a technical, business-owner audience.
- Comfortable owning growth with a small budget and a lot of ownership.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SEO and the newer AI answer-engine (GEO and AEO) landscape.
- Experience marketing to IT services, agencies, or software houses.
- Comfort in Webflow and analytics tools.
