You move onto a paid plan at 50% of standard pricing, forever. It is a permanent discount rather than a fixed price, so it applies to whatever our pricing is at the time, on every seat, including seats you add later. It applies per workspace and covers everything except pay-as-you-go items such as AI credits.

Most teams are running in a few days. You can import people, projects, and contracts from CSV, or connect your CRM and Jira directly. The team helps with the first import.
Every workspace is isolated, and access inside it is controlled by role, so cost and margin data is visible only to Finance and Admin users. You can export your people, projects, and time data to CSV at any time.
