Synthelio is the operating system for software houses: one platform for people, client engagements, and the margin underneath both. We are pre-launch, building in the open with a founding cohort of real software houses. As our product manager, you will own what we build and why, working shoulder to shoulder with the people who use it.
What you will do
- Own the roadmap and decide what we build next, grounded in real conversations with our founding-cohort users.
- Turn fuzzy delivery problems (billability, allocation, fixed-price margin) into clear specs the team can build.
- Run the feedback loop and make sure what we ship actually solves the problem.
- Balance the founder vision with what users need and what the team can realistically deliver.
What we are looking for
- Experience as a product manager on a software product, ideally B2B SaaS.
- You talk to users constantly and turn what you hear into prioritized, buildable work.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving pre-launch environment.
- Strong written English and clear communication.
Nice to have
- Background in professional services, software houses, agencies, or consulting.
- Technical enough to work closely with engineers and understand the data model.
- You have been early at a startup before.
