What founding members get, what we ask in return, and how to join.
The founding cohort is a small group of firms who start using Synthelio before general availability and shape what it becomes. It is currently the only way into the product.
Full access, free during the founding period. Every module, no feature gates.
Lowest price guaranteed, permanently. Whatever the founding cohort rate is when general pricing starts, you keep it. Prices rise over time for everyone else. Yours does not.
Direct influence on what gets built. This is the part that matters most and the easiest to say hollowly, so here is the concrete version: founding members talk to the people building the product rather than to a support queue, and what they ask for changes what gets built next. A cohort of ten firms is small enough that a single well-argued request moves the roadmap.
Nothing contractual. But the cohort only works if it is a real exchange.
The first one is the one that matters. A test project with invented data teaches nobody anything. Real client work with real rates and real deadlines is what surfaces the problems worth fixing.
Professional services firms running concurrent client engagements: software houses, digital product studios, digital and marketing agencies, and consultancies. Roughly 10 to 500 people. Firms that already feel the pain of tracking delivery and profitability across several projects at once.
We are keeping the cohort deliberately small, around ten firms, because the point is depth of conversation rather than volume of signups.
Get in touch and we will set up a conversation. It is a genuine conversation rather than a sales call: we are trying to work out whether your firm is a fit for the cohort and whether the cohort is a fit for you, and both of those can come back no.
Tell us what you need. We will point you to the answer or write the article.
